Due diligence and taking charge of assets
In close collaboration with the Asset Management division, Pirelli & C. Real Estate Property Management carries out due diligence and takes charge of the real estate assets.

The due diligence process enables Pirelli & C. Real Estate Property Management to assess the viability and potentials of investments. During the acquisition phase, the company checks the consistency of all supporting documentation pertaining to the relevant property and verifies its state of repair, revealing any deficiencies and problem areas.

It then identifies the measures required to regularize the technical and documentary aspects of the property in question, the possible strategies for enhancing its value and ways to optimize the relating management operations.
