In line with the major European property management companies, Pirelli & C. Real Estate Property Management S.p.A. is based around a Client Management division made up of property and building managers.

Respectively our managers are the face of Pirelli & C. Real Estate Property Management that clients and tenants see: through our Operations Management division, which represents the back office support for the Client and Data Management divisions, the managers coordinate all the information on their portfolios.

We have identified five key Markets:
LONG TERM — includes commercial/manufacturing portfolios with an investment horizon of between five and twenty-five years, marked by stability and a long-term outlook
SHORT TERM — includes commercial/manufacturing portfolios with an investment horizon of less than five years, marked by greater energy and a focus on overall returns on investment
RESIDENTIAL — includes commercial/manufacturing portfolios with an investment horizon of less than five years, marked by greater energy and a focus on the overall returns on investment
PUBLIC SECTOR — includes residential and commercial properties owned by government departments
GRUPPO TELECOM – OMS: includes the portfolios of groups such as Telecom and Olivetti
